Health

Nick believes strongly that high quality and accessible healthcare services should be available for local people.

There has been a huge amount of concern about proposals to downgrade our local hospitals in West Sussex.  Nick has been at the forefront in campaigning against changes which would mean local people having to travel further for their care.  Click on Campaigns for more information.

Nick is a passionate supporter of the NHS and regularly meets with hospital managers, GPs, other health practitioners and patients to hear about their views and concerns.

He is also Patron of a local cancer screening charity, the Mary How Trust, and Patron of the St Barnabas Trust which provides hospice care for adults and children in Sussex.
